Abortion
The issue of abortion is an issue as to when life begins, just as death is an issue as to when life ends.
Conception can be voluntary or involuntary, natural or artificial, and may stir up opposing morals, ethics, rights, and interests.
Abortion is a matter for each State to decide, and shall reflect the views of the majority of the residents of each individual State.
